INTERVENTION VANITE GRAFIK
“Intervention Vanite Grafik” is a street collage created as part of the Vandal Rue-Stick festival by RioFluo, revisits Renaissance vanitas themes that speak of the fleeting nature of our existence. It features a skull adorned with graphic and urban elements such as buildings, plants, organs, and machinery. All these recurring themes in my work encounter a new technique here: instead of spray-painting walls, I created the poster in my studio by cutting out shapes before pasting them in the street. Using this medium allowed me to express myself graphically in a different way. Photos © Chrixel PGC
